Whois Jack

Known by various aliases given to him by family and peers over the course of a lifetime. Christened Jonathan this name has been continually shortened, abbreviated, modified and hacked down to names usually associated with John: Jon, Jono, Jonjon, Jonny. It was only after years of suffering the association to the common John that I discovered an age old nickname for Johnny come latelies. Jack: precise, classic, un-modifiable. Initially I used Jack as a virtual pseudonym, then it became me. This page contains my identity, please use it with caution. You can call me Jack.

Brief History of Me

My ancestors came over on sailing ships, then a hundred years later I was born and inbred in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand - then moved: Wellington, Auckland, Dunedin, Ohope, Perth (Australia), Oxford (England), Hull, Brighton, London, Perth, Sydney, Wellington, Auckland, Invercargill, Wellington. I started work packing books in a publishing warehouse in Auckland, then: oyster farmer, gardener, dishwasher, university student, baker, pastry chef, barman, labourer, handyman, apprentice carpenter, construction worker, croupier, design student, web designer.
